Welcome to my gardening courses.  I have been gardening for over 15 years and have grown hundreds of plants from herbs, vegetables, berries to apple and peach trees.

I teach much of what I learn over on my blog, Green Talk, a green living and gardening blog.  My goal is to make you self sufficient In and healthier by ditching the toxic stuff and growing your own food.

In the meantime, I also started a herb farm and now create herbal teas, salves, hydrosols, and salt blends from my use to be smallish garden now turned farm.  Check out my alter ego, The Naked Botanical.   You might need some tea as you read through my courses!

Why Did I Create How to Grow Vertically?

A couple of years ago, I got tired of losing hard earned vegetables to critters and insects. Plus, you couldn’t even maneuver in the garden since the vines were everywhere.

So, I decided to take a stab at vertical gardening. I watched a bunch of YouTube videos and thought, it can’t be that hard. I couldn’t even find all the materials, didn’t know how to install it, and wasn’t even sure how many plants I could grow on the trellises!

Well, I finally figured it out. This is the main reason I created this course. I don’t want you to go through the long mistake ridden process that I went through.

Plus, I found that my garden was more manageable and I doubled my output of vegetables.  Sounds like a win to me!

Why Did I Create How to Grow Indoors from Seed?

I will admit it.  I am cheap and couldn't fathom buying plants from a garden store when I could buy a seed package for much, much less.  Once I started growing from seed, I was hooked.

As I grew my blog, Green Talk, I noticed so many questions about growing seed indoor. So many people failed because they just didn't have the right foundation.  It made me sad.

I felt all they needed was a helping hand and they would be pros in no times.  So, I created the course and filled all those gaps of where people failed.

As you can see teaching is my blood.  I love helping people be successful in gardening.

Glad you came along on the ride with me.
